#8 Leadership Bonus Pool
Each month Xooma sets aside 2% of the Company’s entire global commissionable sales volume to be paid out through four special bonus pools to our top leaders (each pool is allotted .5% of the global commissionable sales volume).
This gives you an opportunity to get paid on the success of the entire company in addition to your own efforts. When you achieve the prestigious leadership level of National Director you’ll be eligible to participate in this exclusive program. As you continue to achieve new leadership ranks, you’ll qualify to receive your share of the pool associated to your highest qualified rank. These leadership bonuses are paid to you each business quarter (every 3 months).
